We take our responsibilities seriously ensuring that our systems and processes meet, and in many cases exceed, international standards.

We have been awarded with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 accreditations and at the point of publishing this web site we understand we are the only promotional merchandise company in the country to have all 3 of these accreditations.

We have a strong commitment to the environment and source eco friendly and fairtrade products where available. We also have strong ethical and social corporate responsibility policies.

These and other areas of our business are regularly monitored and where needed we adjust and improve our processes and policies.

Each of our projects are checked at the factory whilst in production and before we ship, ensuring our quality is of the highest level and that your brand is treated with the respect it deserves.

Initial Enquiry

From day one of your initial enquiry, we have detailed systems in place to ensure that every stage of the sourcing, quoting, approval and production process is documented and transparent.

Ideas / Quotes

Once you have decided on your item(s) of promotional merchandise, we will prepare a written quote based on your requirements. Our quotes include all of the specifics relevant to the project. The quotes will show item name, quantity, branding, unit cost, estimated lead time, origination cost, delivery costs and total project cost. If there are any additional details that are relevant to the project we also specify them at this stage so that there are no surprises or hidden extras along the way

Job / Price Accepted by client

We require an e-mail/purchase order from you with all relevant artwork files attached, we then prepare an order acknowledgement / confirmation containing all the information included in the quote, and then send it to you for an electronic signature using echosign

Visual Mock Up / Pre-production Sample

The next stage is to prepare a visual for your approval. This is produced within 24 – 48 hours of receiving artwork (unless we are on tight deadline in which case we would produce the visual much quicker). The visual is then sent to you for electronic signature. Once the visual is signed off we would move forward with a pre-production sample or straight into production if necessary.

Production

We contact our factories at least once a week to ensure your production is on track, we also keep you updated at least once a week so you are fully informed as to the progress of your order.

Shipping

Once the items are ready for shipping, we inform you of the despatch date and send you the courier tracking details. We also keep an eye on the delivery ourselves in case there are any problems. For most orders we use a courier on an overnight delivery. However we can arrange for timed deliveries such as pre 12pm or pre 9am where required. For very tight deadlines or where we are delivering to an unusual address or exhibition centre, we suggest that a more personal service is used and have many solutions depending on the location we are delivering to.

Delivery

When goods arrive, we ask that you open and check a random sample of stock making sure you are 100% happy with the goods and email us to confirm you are satisfied with the end result.

Bespoke / International Production

The above process is also followed for our bespoke work, however there are some additional steps which we will briefly detail below.

Far East / International Production

When we are manufacturing outside of the UK we use independent quality control inspectors at various stages of the production cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, a mid-production assessment, as well as a pre-shipment inspection to ensure the highest level of quality control before we ship.

Shipping

Our shipping lead time can vary from 3 days, when using a courier like Federal Express, up to 12 weeks when using seafreight which is by far the cheapest method of shipping.

Once the goods are in the UK we keep track of them as they pass through customs and keep you updated.

Once through customs, we then use specialist couriers to deliver the bulk of the goods to the final destination.
